1. Introduction
Welcome to Isidro Photographer. By booking our photography and/or videography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services Provided
Isidro Photographer offers professional photography and videography services for weddings and other events. Deliverables include digital images and/or videos as specified in your selected package.
3. Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date.
- Deposits are processed via my website https://isidrophotographer.com
- Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or a replacement photographer/videographer will be arranged.
5. Delivery of Photos and Videos
- Digital images and videos will be delivered via an online gallery or a private link.
- Turnaround time is approximately 12 weeks max, subject to workload and event complexity.
- Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
6. Image Rights and Usage
- The client receives a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered photos/videos.
- Isidro Photographer retains copyright and may use images for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Liability and Force Majeure
- We take every reasonable measure to capture your event professionally. However, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, venue restrictions, or unforeseen technical failures.
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), we will work to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
8. Client Responsibilities
- The client must obtain all necessary permissions for photography and videography at the venue.
- Cooperation from guests is required to ensure smooth coverage of the event.
9. Editing and Retouching
- The client has watched and reviewed the photos/videos on my website and agrees to the style and quality provided.
- Basic color correction, lighting adjustments, and minor retouching are included.
- Additional edits or special requests may incur extra charges.
10. Agreement
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
